Jesus said, “I have come that you might have life, and have it more abundantly” (John 10:10). The incredible life Jesus has planned for each of us begins with a personal relationship with Him. When we begin that relationship with Christ, we become a member of His family.
First Baptist Church of Brandon really is a family of people. And as a family, we do many of the things you would expect a healthy family to do. We encourage one another, care about each other, and help each other. We also hold one another accountable. At the center of our FBC Brandon family, we are a spiritual family, connected by our common faith in and allegiance to Christ.
Becoming a member of the FBC Brandon family starts with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Through worship and teaching, we share the simple steps to making that personal commitment.
Once you begin that relationship with Christ, then you will want to become a member of our church family. Every month, we offer an informative and informal Membership Class (MC). This is where most people have their first chance to learn about FBC Brandon and what it means to become part of our church family. MC is required for membership.
