Continuing The Legacy

 

When we consider living and continuing a legacy at FBCB, our mission statement resonates. As a church seeking God’s divine will, we strive to Know, Grow and Go. For over 175 years we have moved forward with that mission in mind. Approximately 100 acres at the now West Campus was purchased, and the West Campus facility was constructed. What greater legacy than to see lives saved by Jesus Christ, and it was our prayer that this new facility would further that mission. The results have been overwhelming – many lives saved, and many new members in our church family.

As of now, we have a debt balance on the West Campus of $1,200,000. Your support is needed over and above your regular tithes in the form of a one time or monthly best gift vow. Please look for the Legacy vow cards on the pew racks, or you may contact the office for one.   Prayerfully consider your best gift vow. This is a private vow between you and the Lord – no one is keeping a listing of who commits what, and no one will follow up on your vow. The vow is one you will make with God, a vow to support His church in spreading the Word. Give as He directs.
