Praise Team Auditions
If you are interested in singing on FBC’s Contemporary Service Praise Team or in singing in the Worship Choir, we encourage you to come and audition on May 14 at the West Campus. This will be a low-key, friendly experience and is open to any FBC member. Keep in mind, though, that we are looking for worship leaders. While none of us are perfect, we are striving to be Christ-like in our thoughts and actions by allowing the Holy Spirit to work in and through us. We are looking for Christians who truly want to honor God through their music, and not bring any glory to themselves. We are not only looking for vocal talent, but those who wish to humbly offer their gifts in service to their Creator and Savior.
The team is restructuring and we are establishing a permanent weekly choir for this service. The Worship Choir will not be singing anthems as the Celebration Choir does in our blended services. The Worship Choir will require only a willing heart that has a passion for worshiping God through music. Those who sing in the Worship Choir will need to join us in The Attic on Sunday mornings at 8:45 for practice. The Praise Team will continue to rehearse on Wednesday nights.

Scheduling is required for auditions and time slots are available on a first come/first served basis. The scheduling cut-off is Wednesday, May 14 at noon. Auditions will begin at 3:00 PM. Earlier appointments may be possible if necessary.
